A bit about me

My name is Lisa and I LOVE animals and wildlife!

I lived in Melbourne my whole life until moving to QLD in January 2025.

Oh, and I also have a neurospicy brain! I’m Autistic and an ADHDer, and I’ve got lots of experience with anxiety too. 

My favourites

My favourite land animal are elephants, and my favourite sea animals are orcas and turtles. 

I love drawing and art, going to the beach, swimming, and learning new facts.

Why speech?

When I was little I wanted to be a mermaid, but that changed to wanting to be a dolphin because I realised mermaids aren’t exactly real.

Then I wanted to be a marine biologist, a vet, a doctor and finally I settled on speech pathology because I love learning about languages and playing like a kid.  

Pets

I have two cats.

The first is named Artemis, Artie for short. She’s grey and very floofy.

I also have a kitten named Annabelle. She is a tortie which means she has black and ginger fur.

I love dogs but don’t have any of my own. I love meeting all the animals my clients have. So far I have met cats, dogs, birds, lizards, and even stick insects!
