Meet your speechie
Hello there! I'm Lisa, the neurodivergent whimsical mind behind Sunflower Speech. As a dedicated speech pathologist, nothing thrills me more than helping little ones find their voices! Watching my clients blossom into confident communicators while having a blast along the way fills my heart with sunshine!
Thanks to my personal lived-experience with neurodivergence, I form genuine connections with my young clients, fostering trust and understanding.
With over 5+ years of experience in private practice in the western suburbs of Melbourne before moving to the Sunny Coast, Lisa is a certified practicing speech pathologist dedicated to making communication fun and effective!

understanding spoken language (eg. concepts and following directions)
using spoken language (eg. correct vocabulary and sentence structure)
Speech: producing clear speech sounds as a result of articulation or phonological difficulties
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC): using signs or speech generating devices for communication
Neurodivergent social communication: Practicing neuro-affirming social communication strategies to enhance communication skills and empowering clients to effectively advocate for themselves in all environments.
If this sounds like the right fit, we’d love to hear from you!
